01 · Sizing guide

The right fit should feel almost invisible.

A Mirelle nail should follow the width of your natural nail without pressing the sidewalls or leaving a visible gap.

Measure at the widest point

Place a narrow strip of transparent tape across the widest part of each natural nail. Mark both sidewalls, remove the tape and measure the distance in millimetres.

Record both hands

Measure every finger on both hands—corresponding fingers are not always identical. For bespoke requests, send all ten measurements in thumb-to-little-finger order.

Choose the more generous fit

If a nail sits between two sizes, choose the slightly wider tip and refine the side edge gently with the included file.

Every Mirelle work is made from the ten measurements and hand photographs supplied during consultation. Your concierge reviews the record with you and asks for final confirmation before production.

02 · Application & removal

A quiet ritual. A polished result.

Application

  1. Prepare

    Wash and dry your hands. Gently push back the cuticle, lightly buff the nail surface and remove oils with the preparation pad.

  2. Arrange

    Lay out all ten selected tips before applying adhesive, checking that each sits comfortably from sidewall to sidewall.

  3. Apply

    Place the tip close to the cuticle at a slight angle, lower it slowly and press firmly across the centre and sides for at least 30 seconds.

  4. Set

    Avoid water, steam and oils for the first two hours so the adhesive can settle evenly.

Gentle removal

  1. Soften

    Soak fingertips in comfortably warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes. Add a few drops of cuticle oil around the edges.

  2. Release

    Use the wooden stick to work slowly around the edge. If there is resistance, soak again—never pull or force the nail.

  3. Clean

    Roll away adhesive residue gently, wash the set and allow it to dry fully before storing it in its Mirelle case.

  4. Rest

    Finish with cuticle oil and give the natural nail a pause before the next application.

03 · Delivery & returns

Handled carefully, from our hands to yours.

Singapore delivery

The estimated 7–14 day window begins when the non-refundable design deposit is received and assumes timely client replies and approvals. Mirelle does not accept rush orders. Delivery method and any fee are recorded in your private estimate; tracking is shared after dispatch.

Gift delivery

A gift commission may be sent directly to a Singapore recipient. No quotation is enclosed; your message card and selected presentation box travel with the finished work.

Fit remake promise

If the confirmed set does not fit, contact client care promptly with your private reference and clear fit photographs. Once Mirelle verifies the fit issue, you keep the original set and we remake and send one replacement set. No monetary refund is issued and the design deposit remains non-refundable. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods are not limited.
